  • What is the cost of shipping?

           Shipping for all Prepaid orders within India is Free.

  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?

    Domestic orders typically take 5-7 Working days to arrive from the moment they are Ordered.

    Please be aware that if you have placed a multi-item order, your items may come in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery timeframes are estimates, and there may be some unavoidable delays outside our control on rare occasions. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated.

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
    We will make every effort to deliver your items within the given delivery periods. If your package does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please call us at 9899162014 , 8375887376 or email us at bhagawatinfo@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to help you.


  • My order has already been dispatched. Is it possible for me to trace it?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

    You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

    • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM


CANCELLATION

                      Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.



CANCELLATION BY THE BHAGAWATI   

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Limitations on available quantities for purchase, mistakes or omissions in product or pricing information, or concerns found by our credit and fraud avoidance department are all possible reasons for your order being cancelled.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

If all or part of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to accept your order, we will notify you.

If you cancel your order after it has been charged to your credit card, the amount will be refunded to your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bhagawati and accept Bhagawati decision regarding the cancellation.
